PINE RIDGE CAMPGROUND POLICIES

Please read and agree to the following very carefully. Especially the VERY STRICT cancellation policies! ALL cancellations or changes to reservation must be done through writing. Please forward requests for any changes to the reservation to - Hello@pineridgeactonmaine.com

RV AND TENT SITES ONLY-$15 xtra for Early check in 12:30 or Late check-out 12:30. If any earlier a $5 per additional 1/2 hour increment will be charged.
Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. trying to extend stay on site. Fees are charged for late check outs.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult.
Pets are welcome. See pet policy for more information.

Please make arrangements prior to 10 a.m. trying to extend stay on site. Fees are charged for late check outs.

QUIET HOURS
Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. This is STRICTLY ENFORCED. This is not a party all night campground. If we need to ask more than twice to keep the noise down, you will not be welcomed back.

RV GUESTS
-ONLY 1 Camper/ RV/Van (for sleeping/living ) and 1 VEHICLE are allowed per site.
 -Price is based on 2 adults/ 2 children under 12. Any additional adults are
$10/night each.
-A second vehicle on site must be approved by campground management .
-Tents are not allowed on the same site as Camper/RV/Van.

TENT GUESTS-
-ONLY 1 VEHICLE PER SITE. Price is based on 2 adults/ 2 children under 12.
-Maximum of 2 tents are allowed on site. Any additional adults are $10/night
each.
-Only 1 dog allowed per tent sites.
-VISITORS ARE NOT ALLOWED AT TENT SITES UNLESS APPROVED BY MANAGEMENT.
-A sink for washing dishes is available outside the bathhouses.

ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING FEE/Golf cart info.
EV cars will be charged $35 per charge.EV campers will be charged $60 per charge and Electric golf carts $15 per charge.
All golf carts must show proof of insurance.
RULES-

-MUST display parking pass at all times on front dashboard WHICH WILL BE ISSUED AT CHECK IN.
-NO Parking on the road. Roadway must stay clear for Emergency Vehicles.
-All vehicles must display a valid Campground parking permit. A vehicle without a proper parking permit is subject to tow at owner's expense. Vehicles must not park on adjacent campsite(s). The speed limit is 5 MPH.
-ABSOLUTELY NO OUT OF STATE FIREWOOD ALLOWED AS PER MAINE STATE LAW.
-No fireworks, firearms, explosives or weapons of any kind are permitted in the campground at any time.
-Fire rings may not be moved.
-Alcohol is permitted in the park but public intoxication and disorderly behavior are NOT!

-No washing of Vehicles or campers/trailers of any kind allowed at campground unless approved by the management.
-Golf Carts are allowed but must show proof of insurance. no exceptions. They can be used only in roadway following park speed limit of 5 MPH. Management has the right to deny use at any time if not following speed limit or traffic direction.


VISITORS-
-Campground Staff reserves the right to limit additional vehicles per campsite.
-Day visitors will be charged $5/person/day. Overnight visitors will be charged $10/person/night.Music night visitors will be charged $10.Visitors must leave campground by 9PM
-We define visitors as individuals visiting our park that are not registered
campers with us.
-ALL VISITORS MUST register at the office upon arrival and provide a State issued I.D. NO EXCEPTIONS.
-Visitors must DISPLAY A PASS in a visible location in vehicle, which is issued at check in for either day or night.

-Visitors are NOT allowed to bring pets into the campground.

CHILDREN
-Parents are responsible at all times for their children’s safety and behavior.
Please supervise small children in showers and restrooms, and do not allow
children to play in the roadway.

PETS
-All pets must be registered with the Campground Office at time of check-in.
-Owners must show proof of current rabies vaccination as per State Law.

-Animals must be kept on a leash at all times and may not be left unattended at the campsite.
-Animal waste must be picked up by the pet owner.
-Dogs are not to be LEFT ALONE outside.
They MUST NOT BARK FOR ANY EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME while inside camper.
This is a quiet campground an excessive barking will not be tolerated.
-Aggressive Behavior will not be tolerated.
-These rules will be strictly enforced by the campground owners and in severe
cases may lead to eviction.


RESTROOMS/SHOWERS
-There are 2 bathhouses with 2 shower stalls and one lavatory in each .
- Due to the Board of Health Regulations, washing animals and the washing of dishes are prohibited in the restrooms.
-A sink for washing dishes is available outside the bathhouses.
-No smoking allowed in bathrooms at any time. Please dispose of cigarette butts in recepticle outside the bathroom.

GARBAGE
-PLEASE HELP US STAY CLEAN
-Only Bagged Household Trash may be placed near the roadway for pickup
by 11 am.

I acknowledge that I wish to utilize and enjoy the premises known as ,Pine Ridge Campground, and its natural surroundings, including I am aware that outdoor activities (such as swimming, rock climbing, and hiking) and the use of any equipment, shelter, or other facilities (including, for example, tents, cabins, campfires, and grills) can be hazardous. I am also aware that natural occurrences (such as lightning, high winds, rainstorms, and flash floods) and wildlife (such as bears, snakes, and Yellow Jackets) can be unpredictable and dangerous, and that consuming animals, vegetation, water, and other substances found on or around the Premises can be harmful. I acknowledge that I have read and will adhere to the attached list of cautions and further agree to abide by any rules or regulations and to follow any guidelines or instructions that the owners of the Premises may provide orally or in writing. I understand that adhering to the list of cautions or abiding by such rules, regulations, guidelines, or instructions does not guarantee my safety. I hereby assume all risks of injury, loss of life, and damage to persons or property (including pets). I further release, indemnify, and hold harmless the owners of the premises, including without limitation (Pine Ridge Campground), as well as their owners and employees, from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation of whatever nature in connection with any loss, damage, or injuries to persons and property caused or sustained by me, members of my family, my guests, or pets.

I assume all risks and responsibilities for the safety and well-being of such minor child(ren) and am entering into this Liability Waiver and Indemnity on behalf of such minor child(ren). In the event I become incapacitated or am unable to give instructions or otherwise make my wishes known, I give the Owners and any of their agents, representatives, or other persons acting on their behalf, full power and authority to make any decisions, contact any persons, or otherwise perform any actions that they may deem necessary and appropriate under the circumstances. I specifically understand and acknowledge that my giving of such authority does not create any obligation on the Owners to make any decisions, contact any persons, or otherwise perform any actions on my behalf. I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless the Owners from and against any and all liabilities, claims, demands, costs, losses, expenses, or compensation of whatever nature in connection with any action taken or not taken by them on my behalf.

This Liability Waiver and Indemnity is binding on me, my heirs, agents, personal representatives, successors, assigns, and other persons acting or purporting to act on my behalf. My estate or I will reimburse the Owners for any and all costs and attorneys' fees in defending any lawsuits or claims filed by me or on my behalf. In case of an emergency, please contact the following person(s):

CANCELLATION POLICIES:
We offer worry free bookings- https://www.worryfreebookings.com that can give you piece of mind if you feel you may need to cancel.

Life happens. We understand that we are not in control of the unexpected. When booking please be aware of the strict cancellation policies.We are a small campground and depend very highly on our booked sites.

RV/TENT/CABINS/CAMPERS If you must cancel and it is 30 or more days prior to arrival ,
We will refund the reservation with a 15% or no less than $25 processing fee. 29 to 15 days prior to check in ..50% cancellation fee.

If you do not choose Worry Free Bookings, 14 days or less prior to check in there are NO REFUNDS or exchanges and
once checked in to site there are no refunds or exchanges for early departures.

AUTO-COLLECT
At the time of booking, 100% of the reservation balance will be collected. Payment for all retail items and gift certificates will also be collected. Applies to: all reservations.


CHILDREN & PETS
Children are welcome with an accompanying adult. Children age 12 and under stay free. Pets are welcome. Pets must weigh under 200 pounds. We know that your pets are part of your family. In order to keep this a Pet friendly campground please follow these simple rules.
 Owners must show proof of current rabies vaccination as per State Law.
 Dogs must be restrained at all times. While at campsite dogs must not be able to reach the roadside while on their restraint.
 Dog waste must be cleaned up immediately and disposed of properly
 Dogs are not to be LEFT ALONE at campsites. They MUST NOT BARK FOR ANY EXTENDED PERIOD OF TIME. Aggressive Behavior will not be tolerated. This will be strictly enforced by the campground owners and in severe cases may lead to eviction.
 Due to many predators in the surrounding woods It is not recommended for pets to be out after dark.
 In the event of a dog biting incident, all parties involved must immediately report to the office. Dog bites are regulated by the State of Maine.
